We design and implement robotic welding stations and automatic welding stations for MIG/MAG and TIG processes, automating the technological process. Each project is adapted to the quality requirements of the customer. We create a tailor-made solution on the basis of technological audit and technological tests on your details. Robotic welding stations, designed and manufactured by a team of engineers of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute of Automation and Measurements PIAP, are used in both: large manufacturing plants which produce components for the automotive industry, as well as in small craft plants.

It is possible to retrofit our stations with auxiliary systems that increase the functionality of the welding process, such as searching for the position of elements before welding or having the robot follow the changing position of parts during welding.
